  10. This session of the SSPHWG was fully devoted to going through the
  11. current draft of the Handbook, with the intent of finalizing the
  12. document in preparation for submission to the IETF Internet-Drafts
  13. process by March 1991.

  15. Discussion will also focused on ways to ``beta test'' the document.
  16.
